Favorite dark nailpolish colors?

I love, love, LOVE this! I put it up on Pinterest and it got repinned a lot so apparently everyone else likes it too...lol.

Well drats-- how do I attach a photo using an iPad?

I also have, and use frequently, Essie's Wicked!! I love it.

Also just recently got Essie's Wrapped in Rubies, and it's AMAZING! It's not as dark as Wicked, so not sure if it'll appeal to you, but the color and richness of the shade are fabulous.

Never wear polish and certainly not dark colors: BUT but, out of my comfort zone, new Spring color for Chanel, called "April". Plum crossed with a hint of brick? Toes tonite--fingers tomorrow?

Sharon, how do you find the wear on Chanel polishes? I have never used them myself...

HI MF:

Granted I only used one coat and no top coat, the polish was worn on the ends of my fingernails...the day after painting. I will go to the shop close to me and have it done properly, then report back....but I must say I was a little suprised. So much easier to notice the wear of dark colors...

Professional polish application. Chipped within less than 24 hours--HOW disappointing! Won't be buying Chanel polish again!

I "think" it might be regular black nail polish with a matte topcoat. Let dry, then paint black on ends.

By the way I brought my own nail polish to get my nails done this past Monday. I used OPI nail strengthening base/ topcoat and then used Cinha Glaze nail polish. The salon usually uses OPI and they do a great job but I have super weak nails and my nail polish chips the first day or day after. Well it's Sunday/ 6 days later and absolutely no chips. I had heard that OPI made China Glaze but I tell ya, it lasts a lot longer!

Thanks! But not what most would consider dark....but dark for me!!!! I wore dark metallic blues and purples on my toes this summer and loved them.

I've seen the black cherry chutney and love that one too! I always take pics after I get my nails done...I have bunch. Should add them.

I picked up Orly Grave Mistake from the Dark Shadows collection this summer at Ulta. It's a dark burgundy and absolutely nothing like the swatch on their website.
