Finally almost there! But need help confirming my EC!

I finally have narrowed it down! Now I need some diamond expertise from PSer''s to confirm!

I have the GIA certificates of three emerald cut diamonds. Personally I''m all for the third one but would like to be sure due to their policy on wiring all of the money upfront to the jeweler before shipping to be appraised over here on the East Coast. Is this a great buy?

Do you have any images please of these diamonds such as photos, ASET and the crown height?

Hello Lorelei!

I asked and he said no way to get them, and that''s why the diamonds would be sent out here so we can see the ASET images, etc in person at the appraisers. And usually you would just pay a small deposit but only with this one it''s not like that, and we have to pay in full.. and if we don''t like it get refunded in full minus shipping.

Which worries me since I am unable to get photos and with their policy, pretty much buying the diamond blind. Of course I can return it in full according to USACERTS.com except I'd have to pay the shipping costs which is bound to cost a bit coming from the very other side of the US. But it just seemed too good to be true of a price in my opinion for the specs, and was wondering if that was just me thinking that and being paranoid that there might be something wrong with it or for the price wondering if the store is legit, etc.

Cinna, it is difficult with that info unfortunately, I have seen EC's with what appear to be very promising numbers be shockers in reality or in images - the symmetry and patterning is off, big dark areas and leakage..... Your best bet is to view them at the appraiser's office as you have planned.
