Finally got my ring!

I am in no way a good diamond photographer, but I am trying

So to refresh, I got my stone on eBay and had a jeweler on Etsy make my setting. I wanted a vintage-looking buttercup. Of course the setting itself is new, but she did make it from vintage scrap materials, so I feel like it still has the vintage spirit

I was originally told the stone was .93 but I just had the ring appraised and it came back as 1.03. So, around a carat lol

(Also, just a PSA to be patient and educated when Ebay'ing. My bid of $2500 was accepted on this stone and both jewelers who have looked at it were very impressed with that price. Also, the custom setting was $1300 [platinum] so my total for this ring was $3800. It was appraised by a GIA certified appraiser for $11,380. I hope it's not too tacky that I listed prices, I just wanted to be encouraging about being creative and patient! )

And here is where I need your help! I can't decide whether or not to use a spacer with my band. I have a 2mm one I am using, but sometimes I think I like it better without. There is no actual rubbing of materials, I was more just using it because I love my band and didn't want it covered. But like I said, I can't decide which way looks better. What do you think?

Beautiful ring!
I prefer it with no spacer but both looks are very pretty. It's just that the OEC looks bigger to me without the spacer.

GORGEOUS ring! I love how the diamond is suspended in the buttercup setting instead of the prongs being super duper long like I usually see. It gives it a bit of a more modern twist. Love it with that band too. And what great, resourceful shopping to have gotten such a killer ring for that price!
