I think that's the hardest one I've ever seen.
I confess I saw this one before, and back then it took me forever to find the cat.
That's the only reason I can post the solution so quickly.

... so, seeing it now, I remember the cat was somehow somewhere at the bottom or the right window
The reason I think this is the best "find the cat" is the curtains have a pattern that happens the blend perfectly with the cat in this lighting.
The picture having fuzzy low-resolution helps a lot too.
