Hi babyblue! I don''t have a profile shot, those pics were some I emailed to my mom... it does look very similar to this memoire 5 stone http://www.memoire.com/catalog/collections.aspx?products=1729, my prongs are a bit different..it has a very low profile. I wear a size 6.
