will a pave setting ring with side diamonds at G-H color make the center I color diamond look yellow?

will people notice the I color diamond yellowish?

No. Not if the I center is well cut. Bigger diamonds and smaller melee sparkle in different ways anyways, so my I color melee looks markedly different than my I color center, but both are "white". HTH

My princess is an I and my wedding band are F's no one has ever noticed the difference between the 2, heck I can barely notice it :wink2: I think you should be fine.

I have a J center with F-G side stones and cannot see a difference. The center is 1.73 ct and the side stones are .10 each. All are Ideal cut.

Ditto this...ideal I princess, F-G eternity band, looks fine!

This has been discussed before, you may notice a difference in the "sparkle quality" of the melee and the center stone. The melee diamonds are so small that the flashes of light can't be resolved by your eye and the diamonds may appear as bright white dots, while the center stone will look more 3-dimensional. Some people are bothered by this contrast but I think most people are OK with it given the relative popularity of pave settings (this is my understanding, I am not a diamond or optics expert by any means)

Anyway, I think you're fine :)
