Get yourself to Dallas ASAP to see the Cartier and Islamic Art exhibit!

It’s at the Dallas Museum of Art. If you haven’t been, the DMA has lots of lovely pieces and is free! The Cartier exhibit is $25 and WELL worth it. The jewelry pieces are extraordinary and it was so interesting to see where the influences came from. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

Because it’s PS of course I have to post what I wore to the exhibit. I felt so blingy when I left the house, and after 5 min realized I clearly need a tiara and stomacher too

Wow just beautiful. I’ve always really admired Islamic art - the way it meshes with Art Deco motifs in these Cartier pieces is really seamless actually

I would dearly love to see a Cartier exhibit. It would be a lifelong dream to own a Cartier opal bird brooch, sigh. Oh and the jewelry you wore was exquisite!
