.51ct 6.14x3.93mm SI2 Fancy brownihs orangy Yellow with medium green fluor. Can't wait to see the plot on it, there's all sorts of stuff included in it (Crystal, Feather, Needle, Indented Natural, Natural, Extra Facet) The orangy bit was totally unexpected. Can't wait to finally get it sent to Patrick Irla to be made into a bee. It's either going to be an earring with a set of hydrangea blossom earrings or set onto a hydrangea blossom necklace, haven't really decided.

Do you know if it was graded in NY or Carlsbad, CA, or whether both labs even grade FCDs?

Tristan and Ginger- I LOVE fluor in diamonds in general and become a little sad when they don't have them, and really giddy when they have unusual fluor

TyTy: I am so torn! I've made her two necklaces so far. I love the idea of it so much though. The earrings would be so versatile though. The bee would go with so many flowery earrings.

Kenny: It was New York. Carlsbad does do them too, it's just NY is closer to me If it were just orangy yellow, it'd be Liz Taylorish, but that brownish knocks it down quite a few pegs. Lucky for me the vendor didn't have it graded otherwise I wouldn't have paid so very little for it

Congrats! I love the green fluor too. Someone should come up with a ring setting where you can just press a button and have a backlight for your stone. Just kidding.
