The judge I have been interning for has agreed to officiate at our wedding!
I don''t know what kind of gift to get for her, though -- I don''t think she''ll accept a fee from us, but I want to give her something really nice to express our gratitude. My initial thought was a really nice pen engraved with her initials, or something like that -- useful and personalized, but not overboard. But I''m wondering if anyone has other ideas, since we still have plenty of time to decide on something and I''m not always the best at thinking of gifts. Budget is up to about $300, roughly what we''d have paid if someone else was officiating. Thanks!
