I was set on getting one of these two, essentially equivalent, AGS0 0.82-0.84 G/H eye-clean stones and my priority was cut above all for approx. $4200. (idealscopes below)
Now I have this 1ct GIA 3x stone to consider for what I think is very attractive price (in the 5k range). Its is eye-clean and I-color, the dimensions and ideal-scope are below and I got the following comments from JA:
--- "has good light performance, but she noticed that it was just a little weaker than the TrueHearts diamond. She said that it does face up eye clean, but it has a very, very slight warmth face up, but once the diamond is set, you will not be able to pick up on it." ---

Please let me know if you think this is an acceptable compromise based on idealscopes and dimensions and what you think about the warmth comment (will the setting really affect this?)
