That looks nice. I know others will tell you to get it because it's AGS, but this is a 2.75 I SI1 and it scored a .9 on the HCA and looks very white for $22,852, I'd ask them for an idealscope and confirm it's eye clean.
I would say that the price is good, but you can get other stones that size for a similar price. I don't love a low crown angle like that, personally, and sometimes AGS can be a little softer on color grading (as evidenced here on the forum) and I have personally seen a couple of AGS I color stones that definitely had a tint. So I might lean toward a GIA graded I color stone unless you are where you can see the diamonds and compare color in different lighting.
Here's one similar in price just as an example, but with any James Allen stone, you have to ask for an idealscope image to see if there is leakage. The magnified videos are amazing, though!
