I am newly engaged and looking for the largest/best I can find for my budget of $22,000. Can you give me your thoughts on this one?

I would say that the price is good, but you can get other stones that size for a similar price. I don't love a low crown angle like that, personally, and sometimes AGS can be a little softer on color grading (as evidenced here on the forum) and I have personally seen a couple of AGS I color stones that definitely had a tint. So I might lean toward a GIA graded I color stone unless you are where you can see the diamonds and compare color in different lighting.

Here's one similar in price just as an example, but with any James Allen stone, you have to ask for an idealscope image to see if there is leakage. The magnified videos are amazing, though!

Bottom line, I wouldn't rush and would look a little more before buying.

It has a really good spread, but like DS said, the crown angle is pretty low. I'd keep looking. You're going in the right direction!

It is certainly very big. Good spread.

It is an AGS 0, so it has some minimum level of light performance that should be very attractive. Seems to meet your criteria.
