That is a cool wedding band. I like your ring it is not too small. Some of the rings you see on this site are crazy. Pretty, but a little much for my taste. I would rather buy a smaller ring and give the rest of the money to people who really need it.

Well thank you all for the latest comments! I am now actually WEARING the band, which is very exciting, so I have been looking at the pair a lot and am very happy with them. I also took some pics of the rings with my beautiful bouquet, which I will add to this thread.

Thanks so much! I has sent "inpiration" photos to the florist, but did not know exactly what it would look like until the wedding day (we eloped, and the florist was not local to us). I was thrilled with them, and so sad to have to leave them behind when we flew home. But, l took loads of pictures!

The colours look pretty nasty on my work computer, hopefully you are all seeing the pics as I do on my home computer!

Mr.Eric, visiting PS, does sometimes make you feel like the norm for a ring is 1ct and above, but that is definitely not the case where I live - and I am sure not the case in most places!

I live in Illinois, and usually the biggedt center stone is about a 1ct. I am just amazed that there are people spending so much on a ring. One of the rings I saw in the site had to cost at at least $160,000 dollars! To me that is just insane. There are poor people out there that can not afford food, and people spend that on a ring?........... Seems a little much if you ask me, but to each there own I guess.
