Hanukkah, Anniversary and Birthday Rolled Into One!

Beautiful Yennyfire! I've seen some really lovely yellow gold ones but they were way to long for me...I really like the wearable length of that one.

@tyty333 I've seen quite a few yellow gold ones too (or the really uber expensive platinum pieces at Lang's/1st Dibs, etc.)...I'm not really a yellow gold person and I even considered rhodium plating a YG one, but as a necklace is against your skin, I was worried the plating wouldn't hold up well. I've also seen longer versions that you could double, but for some reason (to me), those are more formal and I wanted something I could wear with everything from workout gear (not to workout in, just to run errands in) to black slacks for evening....I think that this necklace fits the bill! Don't you think it would look even better with a 7mm bezeled OEC or antique marquise set E/W??? Insert evil giggle here....poor DH! LOL!

So I took the plunge and had Caysie (CvB) make a pendant for the necklace using a .66 ct OEC at the center. It arrived last week and I love it!! It is the perfect necklace now and I’m wearing it almost daily!!
