Has anyone bought from Murphy Design?

Has anyone bought from Murphy Design? I found this name in Richard Wise' gemstone book. I checked out their catalogue and fall in love with a few settings. If you ever purchased anything from them, how was your experience? Do they accept customer's stone(s)? They seem to have many retail stores nationwide but none of them are near where I live.
