I found a diamond that I love on their site that has a great spread. However, I am looking for anyone out there that has had experience with this company, good or bad.

Hi Chelsea!

Many here have purchased from Jim with fantastic results, I haven't personally but would do so in a heartbeat! Jim is a great vendor you can work with in all confidence, plus he sells great diamonds! KristyDarling bought her fab diamond from Jim, I will post the link for you in a moment. Plus I am sure you will find many good reviews of Jim's company here! What do you want to buy???

Here you go, Kristy normally doesn't mind if I post her lovely ring

I purchased a diamond for a pendant from JA and was very pleased with the results. I had it checked out by my local jeweler and it matched everything on the cert. I would definitely buy from them again.

I have purchased three loose diamonds from James Allen under their alias DirtCheapDiamonds. They were very low pressure and helped me decide on the right choice for an engagement ring center stone upgrade and also in helping me choose 2 pear shaped diamonds that matched well enough to use as side stones someday. (right now they''re set as earrings) I think you can count on them to be honest about the diamond you chose. I actually had a different, more expensive diamond picked out to purchase and they didn''t think I''d be happy with it based on what I''d told them. They steered me towards a lower priced diamond that they thought would be more in line with what I''d told them I wanted.

We bought a nice oval diamond from James Allen - they were very accomodating and shipped it to us in Singapore. Recently we traded that stone in and got an upgrade from JA - now that we live in NY, JA arranged for us to see a few stones at their supplier in the Diamond District, and we ended up choosing one that wasn''t even on their website to begin with. I have only good things to say about JAa! :D

we purchased the center stone for my engagement ring in July and JA/DCD was fantastic to work with. they answered all of my questions (and there were a lot), sent pics as requested, and gave us a whole week to make a final decision while holding the diamond. the stone is a stunner - i can''t wait to see it in my setting next month.

would definitely buy there again. and you get a pricescope discount!

We also purchased a loose stone from James Allen. I would not hesitate one bit with buying another stone from Jim. He was professional, accomodating, helpful, prompt with phone calls and emails, just a very good experience. Our stone checked out with an appraiser to be exactly what the cert said it was. A beautiful stone that sparkles like crazy and is just what I wanted. James Allen is worth checking into.
