GemShield goes to the jeweler where you purchased the ring to do the replacement. I believe JM lets you work with any jeweler...which really doesn''t matter to me because I''d go back to WF anyway, but I was impressed by the extent to which JM involves the consumer in the process.

Touchstone is excellent to work with on a policy. I used them to get our Chubb coverage.
