Hi,

I am new here. I have been learning in this forum over a month. And I am trying to buy now.

I have found a diamond GIA 2151096287 - 1.01ct , the pinpoint inclusion on the table is negligible, but what worries me most is the feathers at the bottom near the culet.

1) I have heard that having feathers at the bottom is a problem and would cause a reflection within the stone. Is it true?
2) Should I try to avoid stones with feathers/inclusions at the bottom?
3) Is this a good stone?

I would really appreciate the helpful comments here on PS.

Thank you.

I would ask my vendor to evaluate the diamond for me, they can tell you if there are any durability issues and if the stone is eye clean. Be sure to tell them what your standard for eye clean is because it varies from person to person and even vendor to vendor.
