I know what you mean. I see so many beautiful things on this forum and on jewelry sites like 1st Dibs that I would say I appreciate the beauty of many things, but only a few stand out to me at this point. I can't afford to do this kind of piece often, but my goal always has been to do a few fine heirloom pieces.

DS, what a stunning new ring. The cut and color of the sapphire is so gorgeous. And everything about the ring is perfect. I especially love the geometric, art deco basket & profile view. The incredible detail and precision makes your new ring go beyond design and into the realms of architecture/sculpture.
