Not sure if there's a dedicated website, but I just googled "Golden Globes 2014 jewelry" and several sites came up with slide shows. Some mentioned the jewelry specifically, most didn't but still the photos were good and you could see the jewelry well.

Also more info on Helen Mirren's emerald earrings: they are Bulgari heritage, previously owned by Gina Lollobrigida and apparently bought back by Bulgari when she auctioned off some of her jewelry collection last year.

Her tiara is not exactly a dog either. (Perfect tiara hair too.) I wouldn't turn that down either, even if the only place I have to wear it is to the grocery store.
