Need help! Please!

My dh has said I could buy a new anniversary band and I want to do the following:

I would get an anniv band with five .20 stones G SI1 or better in platinum - then one more plat anniv band with two of the same .20 on each side(total of four) of my 1.70 G SI1 stone mounted in the middle.

My question is to buy from Whiteflash http://www.whiteflash.com/golden-wardrobe/zoom.aspx?ItemCode=WF-AP115-25

or purchase the mounting and have my local jeweler get nine .20 ideal cut stones to set. This is the one that we are looking at gettting: http://www.uniquesettings.com/product/view/2369

Whiteflash rep says their ring would be nicer. Jeweler says that it is better to get mounting and pick out stones to set to make sure I get ideal proportions. I do not know what to do???????????????

This is another style but shows the diamond in the center - only mine would have two on each side. Any advice?

couldn''t get it to insert - www.whiteflash.com wedding bands legato

No question that the Whiteflash version would be very nice. Your jeweler of course wants your business. Is one a much better price than the other, or are they comparable?

My opinion is that you would do better letting Whiteflash make you this wedding set. No worries about the "ideal proportions" your jeweler mentioned. WF's ACA diamonds and settings are very high quality.

The Whiteflash price is actually lower than the jeweler.

The jeweler has 1,650 for each mounting in plat and 450 for each .20 diamond. Their total will be 7,350 plus tax.

The Whiteflash price is 2,995 each for a total 5,990 - not sure if there is tax when you order online.

There would be no tax unless you are in Texas.

Whiteflash, no question. Not only are the diamond all ideal cuts (though not certed at that melee size), the finish on the rings and prong work will be top notch. Given that it also costs less, seems like a no brainer to me
