I got La Pousette backs and was wondering if anyone has tips for how to get the earring to stay close to the earlobe?

I push my LaPousette backs past the click point so that they hug my earlobe. I know they’ll catch on the indentation if they slide away from my earlobe, so I feel secure. Wonder what other ppl do.
