Help finding a 3 stone anniversary ring

I am trying to find a 'stock ring' or a ring I can just make it super easy for my spouse by sending a link to buy for our anniversary, rather than having to design something custom. I love the Tiff circlet ring, but I hate the price for the tiny diamonds, and would rather have lab diamonds. I have looked through the vendor tab but don't see a lot of options. Anyone have any ideas?

Can you go custom? Maybe DK for the setting and you source your own diamonds? Or Distinctive Gem.
