I posted once before asking for opinions on sapphires for an engagement ring and based on the feedback I received I decided to ask for other options.

The sapphires I was shown this time are here (there are four images to click through): http://imgur.com/6SSmt,XVDHN,siulY,Y5QwL#0

They are all ~1 carat except for the one at the far right which is 1.24 carats.

Which of these seems nicest to you? I read the post about what to look for when buying colored stones but figured you all would have much better expertise than me. Second and third from the right seem the nicest to me, but I am not an expert on this at all. Any feedback would be wonderful. Thank you!

I'm most drawn to the 3rd from the right for a medium-saturated sapphire. I also have a soft spot for cornflower blue so the one, what was it, second from the left, attracts me too, though I get the impression you're going for a "royal" color sapphire not "cornflower," correct?

Yes, I'm looking for a more medium colored stone for this ring. I really appreciate your input!

2nd from left definitely pops out

Hi there,

I like the third sapphire from the right the best. I love the color and it doesn't appear overly dark or too light... But everyone's version of the perfect sapphire is different. It's really a matter of what appeals to YOU the most??

That's my favorite too. :))

Third from right or second from left depending on which color you like more or the setting. If bezeling, second from left. If you are getting side diamonds or pave on your setting, definitely the third from right since there will be more contrast.
