Help Me Pick a Tsav

Don't feel bad about walking away from this one too; small window and a medium sized bowtie. I also shy away from gem shapes with pointy ends for 2 reasons:
1. Most tend to concentrate colour at the points/tips so they are either really dark or the colour difference compared to the rest of the body is obvious.
2. Tips are at risk for damage/chips, more so since coloured stones are softer than diamonds.

Good points, I just like the shade of green in the pic. I'm not going to buy from Multicolor anyway, I just got done reading their return policy.

Andelain, Prima's much easier to reach via phone as a rule. I can tell you they are SLAMMED most days - it's a super small shop and those people are working literally nearly around the clock. Phone calls get answered when the phone rings, but email may not be seen until they get around to sitting at their computer.

Bummer, because I do everything by email. I even designed my pendant strictly by email.
