I need help with a diamond appraisal. The diamond is overseas and I want to purchase it but would like your esteemed opinion on the stone first!

This is advertised as 1.06 Cts fancy sparkling yellowish gray natural diamond. Natural color, SI1.

What is a reasonable retail price for this stone?
