Help on a diamond

Ok, so I posted earlier about a diamond and the responses were that the hearts image was off and that I should ask for a retake of the hearts. Well I e-mailed Brian Gavin and this is the response I got

Hi Brad,

Thanks for the e-mail. I looked at the hearts image of the actual diamond and it is even and consistent as are all Brian Gavin Signature H & A''s. Brian will be in the office in about 2 hours and I will ask him to comment and retake the image. It may have something to do with the lighting from the new "orange" color we have started using. Also keep in mind that a lot of the other hearts images that are being displayed have been photo shopped and ours are not touched. Also, please e-mail me the link from PS so we can see the comments which would be helpful.

I have talked with Brian and he feels that this is an acceptable and true Hearts & Arrows. I like this stone but I am not sure if I should buy it.

Brian and Lesley are the experts and if they say a diamond is fine, then personally thats good enough for me. I have known them a long time and seen their work over a long period also, enough to be able to say that I have the utmost confidence in their judgement. I have no comment to make concerning any other vendors and possible retouching of images, except that I have no personal knowledge of this.

Not liking what she is insinuating. If she is so confident of her H&A then get a good hearts image out instead of saying other vendors'' hearts image maybe be photoshop. If the rest of the BGD signature can get good hearts image from the same set up, what is so difficult in just getting another one for this?
