HELP! Question about inscription inside the ring (JA)

I just got the engagement ring from JA and I look for help with the following three questions regarding the ring itself.

1. I don't see any "JA" or "James Allen" inscribed inside the ring. Is that a problem? Is it a common thing or they just do it like this? I have this question because, according to their online FAQ, there should be a "JA" inside the ring. This inconsistency really concerns me.

2. The material type inscribed inside the ring is not parallel to the edge of the ring. please see the yellow box below :

Is it common? Not a big deal? Does it mean the quality of the handicraft is not good?

3. The thing concerns me a lot is the prong. From naked eyes, it seems that there is some dirt around one prong. And later I find similar, but not that noticeable, thing around other prongs. I think that dirt thing is the metal and it is because they didn't polish the prong very well. Do any of you notice such thing on your ring? Any experience?

I just got mine today actually. It does say JA on the inside, but the printing isn't strait either. A little crooked like yours. If you're concerned get on with there live chat. They are very helpful

I don't think it maters that the inscription isn't straight, it just means the stamp wasn't done straight. It's also likely that the dirt under the prongs is polishing stuff (that they put on to get the metal shiny but didnt remove properly), if you have access to one, I'd give it a good ultrasonic clean and see how it goes...

I am surprised it doesn't say JA or James Allen, but I would t be concerned about that, up to you if it's a problem...

Yes, that's the hand made 6-prong tiffany repro. JA don't inscribe their trademark in that ring??

I have a wedding band from JA & there's no trademark, it just says PT950. If you have concerns you should contact them, their customer service is pretty good.

Oh I don't know, bit that would make sense. If this had happened to me that's probably what I'd assume.
