Smaller stones but quality of the cut is superior ... which I have come to the decision is by far the most important factor for that sparkle factor.

Magical 1.5ct size at my price range ... would be amazing if I could get one of those "premiumim" cuts like a hearts and arrow or signature, ... etc along with being eye clean.

Guess it boils down to in your expert opinions should I go with smaller but amazing quality in cut or larger and excellent?
thanks in advance and is the worst time to buy diamonds after Valentines day???
seems like all the great ones were snatched up and maybe I should wait for the best possible deal.
