Help with my search

Ok, little background. I've been looking since November knowing that I would propose in February maybe March. With that said I feel I've got a good grasp on things. I know the labs and have done some research on cut grades and so one. I'm within a week of making my purchase. I've talked to all different jewelers from locals to the online guys. I live in Tucson and even went to the gem show here to check things out.

I'm wanting to get a 1.3 to 1.6 stone, cut has to be great, the rest of the attributes kind of all fall together and weigh in the decision. With all the choices out there it is pretty overwhelming. Here are the stones I'm looking at.

I've also looked at a lot of GIA, that I like. I've seen pictures of all the stones, the last one I saw a video of and it looked great. I've been using HCA to help define my search and all three rate very well.

I guess my concern is that if I go with the EGL stones I might end up with a worse stone then the AGS, but I could end up with a far better stone then the AGS, so it is very tempting to buy one of those.

I should also preface that the gf wants a setting that I can get for 1k, with the ags stone it would put me over budget or a different setting.
