I suppose this is unusual but I don't have an engagement ring and am looking for a nice wedding ring that I can wear on its own. I like simple designs and I have small hands and short fingers so more than 2 rings would definitely be too many for me. I will probably have another ring to go with it a bit later and not quite sure if this style would be easy to match with once Im looking for the second one.I have my heart set on prong setting with diamonds all around (for my wedding ring) somethng like this

There are many variations on these. Which ones would you recommend? I think I may look at some of the cheaper brands rather than the exact one above. I prefer full circle ones but not sure if 3/4 is more practical (or does it keep turning around?) Any other wedding band suggestions are also welcome. Also, what would you have as you second (eternity ring) if you have 'eternity' ring for your wedding band  (if that question makes sense) Thank you!

Hello! I think full circle (eternity in the US) rings are fab. I have one as my wedding ring and wear it with my three stone e-ring. There have been many discussions about full vs 3/4 vs 1/2.
The major points, as I see it, are: price, full is always a bit more; durability, you have to be careful not to bang the diamonds on the underside of a full; sparkle, it is nice to have sparkle all the way around; symbolism, a full unbroken circle of diamonds = an unbroken circle of love.
There are many pricesope vendors who can make you an eternity band for much less than tiffany, but if you love tiffany, go for it.

Here is a thread with lots of rings to ogle. https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/show-me-your-diamond-eternity-bands.51825/

I think a nice eternity ring (as in the ring given as an anniversary present to represent togetherness) to go with a full circle diamond wedding ring could be anything you want. Engraved metal, bezeled diamonds, gemstones, etc. Anything you like that has meaning for you.
Here are some examples:
