Looks big to me! I love it. There are some beautiful rings here that I am sure will be in the eye candy folder soon.

This ring is gorgeous, the center stone is not puny at all and it looks huge on your fingers, please do post as many photos as you want!!!

Thank you for all your support. I will try to take pictures of the side design but I had a hard time getting clear pictures.

It''s not a tacoori ring. It''s a knock off to look like tacoori, but lots of people think that it is tacoori when they see it and I tell them it''s not.

As far as the specs are concerned, this is all I know because my FI doesn''t want me to know how much he spent.

Center stone 1.25ct
sidestones 0.25ct each
H
VS 2

I am trying to get my FI to let me see the Certification and Appraisal paper, but he told me to just go get it appraised myself. I don''t want to do that because I don''t want him to think I trust what he tells me. I will keep tryingto get it and if I am successful, then I will post more specs.

Does it look like a 1.25ct to you guys?

Q,

That looks WAY BIGGER than 1.25 ct!! Very beautiful setting, detail is incredible!! Stunning!!!

Its freaking AMAZING! I love it! I like the big center stone with the smaller, lower set sidestones.. so you get sort of a mix between a 3 stone and a solitiare.

have no idea why you would have hesitated at all to post that beauty, it definitely looks bigger than a 1.25c!! esp on your hand, do you have small fingers?

beautiful.

MelissaSue,

You read my mind. I don''t usually like 3 stone ring; I actually told my FI that I like just a solitaire with a plain band. But since I was not involved in choosing the stone or the setting, he picked out this one and I must admit that he did a great job. He was playing trick on me too because he asked if I would want me to go with him to pick out a ring when he had already bought the ring.

beautiful.
Well the ring is a size 4.5 to fit over my knuckles, is that consider small? I always thought I have short, chubby fingers, especially compared to my mom and sisters (they have long, skinny fingers).

4.5 is small. That ring is gorgeous. You should be very proud. Nothing to hide.

Your ring is stunning, and I don''t think anyone would say that 1.25 is small!! I think it is more about how the stone looks on your hand and the proportion of it in the setting to your finger size. A 4 carat looks good on some hand shapes/ sizes whereas a .8 looks just as fantastic on others. It''s all about proportion and lifestyle in my book. Be proud of your beauty!!

What would make a good wedding band with my ering???? eternity???? plain???? 5 stones???? give me your expert opinion.

Can''t answer your last question .......but just wanted to add ......what a stunner!

I do have a question......how on earth do you get any work done on your computer (work or home!) with that beauty on your finger?

I love the detail from the side. I think any time I went to hit A S D or F on my keyboard I would be SO distracted that I would look dyslexic on any forum because of that ring on my left finger! I love how you took pics on your pc by the way!

Congrats !

Whoa, don''t know how I missed this thread....

slacking I guess. Your ring is a beauty! We are not particular about size and there is no reason anyone should hesitate posting their rings here. That''s why this forum exists afterall.

The more the merrier! Bring it on...........

Your ring is very unique and looks great on your hand. I wear a size 4.5 also and have average sized hands. I wish I had long slender fingers to match the small size but I don''t. Oh well, can''t have everything I guess.

I finally decide to post my ering.  I figure I can be proud even if mines isn''t as big as many others on here.  I LOVE my ring.

Geez.....

Your ring is a ROCK compared to mine, (RB 0.50 center stone)

I love your ring!!! Such a beautiful setting!!

and mine is a speck compared to yours!!! (.375 ct pear)

Your ring is spectacular! LOVE the engraving detail! My finger is also 4.5 - every jeweler (and layperson) I''ve talked to has commented on how teensy tiny my fingers are. The average women''s ring finger size is about a 6 or 7 I believe. Congrats, and enjoy your HUGE ring!!!
