FIC firey ideal cut -- taller crown; smaller table; might be a deeper stone = faces up smaller; might have a "dark" appearance at times b/c it throws more colored light (fire) and thus less brilliance
BIC brilliant ideal cut
TIC Tolk ideal cut.

Yes, excellent cut is always worth the price in the long run. James Allen used to have the discount amounts posted on the page, but now you apparently have to call them to ask. Be sure to mention you want the Pricescope discount and there also is a wire payment discount.
