@Begonia Yes my husband said they Agaves, what sort I’m not sure.
We spend quite a lot of time maintaining our front and back gardens - hard work but cathartic.
My photos I posted above were taken when we working on one side of the back garden.
We tidied the palm (removed the lowest hanging spine/branch) and worked out what we would plant for this coming summer - yippee!

I don’t understand. I have never had an African Violet flower so profusely (and in the summer no less). I think it must just really like this new spot.
