It’s a follow up to my previous post but honestly I’d like some eyes on it so I’m making a new one

The ring exceeds any expectation… to the point I’d like someone to make sure it looks legit

The first two pics are my ring I got for a good price
.25 vt alexandrite
.57 ct diamond
900 platinum
$800

This is a .47 ct alexandrite diamonds roughly .35 ct
Paid $3500 for that one

The first one is so nice I’m wondering if it’s possibly synthetic
But the color change under the correct light is as it should be
It doesn’t have the coloring or some synthetics ive seen

I think it's absolutely beautiful.

The setting without the stone is worth at least $800. Lovely ring.

Yes! If the alexandrite is real it’s prob worth close to that by itself too (the stone)

It came in a box like this and this is the closest thing I can find to that company on the box
Assuming it’s the same company they don’t sell enhanced stones

They do have alexandrite rings that look strongly similar to mine in style in my opinion

Does anyone know about this company

The hallmarks are pt900 and O .26 which is the alexandrite I guess idk why it’s labeled O
and D057 I assume is the diamonds

Is this company legit
If it’s from them

It’s either a fake alexandrite or a very high quality
I have the one ring and 2 unset alexandeites top quality form multicolor
This shines like those

Ssssscccccccooooooorrrrrrrreeeeee!!!!! Wow, so many of you take chances (albeit somewhat educated) and they SO pay off! I have a Brazilian alex of under 2 carats that I paid handsomely for (read: probably way too much), being too naive/scared to take chances like so many of you.

Well done, @Bonsai - No matter the size, the color change is there, which puts it at $$. On top of that, you are the proud owner of a platinum and diamond setting housing your alex, which, as others point out, is alone worth the value of what you paid. I'm by no means suggesting its all about the financial gain, but I LOVE when someone follows their heart for something they love and it pays off!!

Thank you @minousbijoux !

I dont know the realistic value of the alexandrite ring. I found an alexandrite .28 ct on Gems NY same shape and color change for $3300 approx. I assume it's over inflated but still. I am quite happy. it is my best alexandrite to date I think!

although I do have a marquise from multicolor that is bluish green chaining to reddish purple .3 ct I think I got it for $700 or so...

Excellent shopping. The setting alone is worth more than $800 and it’s a lovely Alexandrite too.
well done.

What a find! Alex is one stone that is missing from my collection because it's so hard to find a blue to purple that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Congrats!
