How can I get this sapphire e-ring made?

Hi all,

Completely new to jewelry here, and am trying to figure out how to go about getting the "right" engagement ring for my partner.

I've been reading through this forum, and it's been a lot of help, but I'm still not sure how best to go about getting what I'm looking for, within the budget that I'm working with.

I'm interested in a ring similar to this one here: .

I'm not sure where this picture is originally from, so I can't contact the jeweler directly. It would be in 14k white gold probably, with a sapphire center stone and surrounding diamonds. I don't know what size would be appropriate for the stones, although I do know her ring size is 5.5.

I don't have a very big budget (trying to keep things between $1000 and $2000) so I know my options are limited. Is it even possible to get a ring like this? I'm open to any suggestions that you all might have.

The simpler you keep the design, the more success you will have to get something nice within your budget. At this point, you haven't even pointed out what shade of blue you like, or rather, she likes.
