how do you make crispy crust pizza?

Pizza tonight was yummy--I see this as a new addition to my dinner repertoire. Adding the extra water didn''t hurt it at all. the funny thing is the one I baked on the pizza stone was not as crispy as I would have liked, but the one on a Wilton cookie pan (and it was closer to the bottom of the stone was perfect., so no more stone for me. I just bought Ragu pizza sauce this time, but when I was a kid my mom just put on tomato paste and italian herb seasoning, and I still prefer that (but DH doesn''t. It is do darn wonderfully tomato-ey that way.

I use a very heavy, dark griddle. It works amazingingly well.
