How has your view on relationships changed from when you were 21?

i''m kind of sorry this thread faded away. it was nice to hear other people share their thoughts or even nice i know for myself to take a step back and put down in writing how my relationships have changed over the years. maybe if the thread was labeled "How has your relationships changed over the years?" there wouldn''t have been hurt feelings. i honestly don''t think emeraldlover1 meant any disrespect to anyone at any age but just genuinely wanted to share and provide a forum for others to share their thoughts.

after i wrote my piece i know i felt pretty warm and fuzzy and appreciative of my bf and amazed at the journey that i took to get to this point in my life.

I'm guessing that everyone who had something to share already did so. There's only so much you can say on a given topic

Exactly! I often find that there is a lot of good advice on this board coming from people that have "been there" and learned something from it. It is my feeling that sometimes it is better to get advice when it is not specifically directed at you. I tried to state in my multiple posts that it was not intented to be directed at anyone however some people obviously did not take it that way. I really like the intention of pricescope but I personally feel that in the past few months many people have become increasingly more defensive towards statements that weren''t even directed at them. I''m trying to deliver this message in the best way possible however it is written so it may not be percieved as I intend it.

Maybe all the people that wanted to post on this thread did. I do however, think that there were some people that didn''t post because they obviously did not like the title based on some of the posts in the thread. So, ringster, I''m a bit dissapointed too.
