We don''t watch TV together, because I rarely watch anything on TV and he watches every night. I am in one room on the computer while he lays on the sofa and watches TV in another room! We have 3 TV''s currently connected to cable.

Too many! We have one in the living room (disguised to look like a picture), family room, kitchen, our bedroom, each of the guest bedrooms, the screening room, gym, backyard, loggia, his bathroom and my bathroom. I think that''s all of them. And we always watch television together. He even suffers through shows such as Platinum Weddings, the Golden Girls and many other things he hates.

Are you casing the joint? I know times are hard but crime is not the answer. We have 2 tv''s and an excellent alarm system, high gates and 2 rabid dogs.
nahhh...TV ain''t worth stealing

i got a couple of old TVs. a 35" and a 19" that i couldn''t give away and yes, they do work.

We have 1 TV and it is HUGE (not my doing). But, I''m home the most and in turn likely the most frequent viewer. We have a couple of shows we watch together, but mostly I leave it on for background noise. DF almost only uses it for watching sports.

2. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. We don''t really watch TV together, because I like the bedroom and he likes being in the living room. Often times I can hear him watching the same thing as me. haha.

Two old ones on their last legs--one in the bedroom, one in the living room. I think I''m the only one who watches in the bedroom; FI watches in the living room, and if we''re both watching, we are in the living room as well.

6 (geez, that''s bad!).

LR-never gets watched, in a cabinet with the doors shut 100% of the time.
Kitchen-I watch Rachel Ray when I heat up stouffer''s for dinner.

FR-gets watched most, also hooked up to the Wii
Playroom-no cable hookup, strictly DVD''s/tapes
Our bedroom-I have to watch TV before bed
Guest room-we just got that one, my parents stay over quite a bit and complained about no TV

We used to have one in my oldest daughters room, also wasn''t hooked up to cable, just DVD''s only, but it broke so we removed it. Now they go in the guest room if they want to watch something while we are upstairs.

And we do watch TV seperately...a lot! I am usually in the kitchen in the evening (cooking, cleaning up, making lunches, helping with homework), DH is in the family room with the kids, and if the kids want to watch something else, they could be in the playroom.

5 not my choice, [dh''s] 3 are unplugged {guest room, patio, master}
The other two never on simultaneously, unless the kids are playing wii.

3. One in the family room, one in our bedroom, one in my office/den. We watch TV together most of the time, but there are some mindless programs I tape to work and veg out to that he doesn''t watch with me and he typically watches Seinfeld or something in the family room after I conk out.

2 TVs. We rarely watch together b/c we don''t like the same shows.

We have 3. One in the family room. One in the kids'' playroom. And one in our bedroom.

Usually we watch TV together.

We have 2 TV''s in our home. When the kids are watching their shows or my DH is watching something that I would rather not (ie: anything having to do with sports), I go to the bedroom and watch TV there.

Just two. We always watch as a family but once the children are in bed, he watches alone and I go upstairs to my playstation (other TV).

HI:

I don''t watch TV but that doesn''t prevent my DH from wanting a TV in every room--we currently have two but I "hear" another is in the works...

5... haha.

We are giving one away though just to get rid of it (it''s a huge heavy non flat screen).

So... soon 4. Yes we watch tv together, but mostly movies. We recently got rid of cable :)

7 on DISH Networks

family room 60"
kitchen 13''
exercise room 20''
Master Bedroom 36" (?)
Gameroom 36"
Guest Room 24-26"
Bedroom 20"
Bedroom 20"

and no we don''t always watch TV together. I''m sick of watching Hitler invade Europe over and over!!

One in our bedroom, one in the guest room, one in the family room, and one in the office. They all are connected to cable, and the family room TV is also connected to the Wii and the computer. We''re not big on TV. We watch together from time to time, though.

Two. One in the living room (family room in reality). One in the front ''formal'' living room that we do not use. DH will go in there on a Saturday afternoon during football season, and leave me to watch whatever I want in the family room.

We have 2 TVs - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. We generally watch TV together, but he watches more TV than I do (simply because he has more free time at home). But we rarely watch live TV; we mostly DVR shows or watch Netflix of Showtime and HBO series.
There are some shows that we DVR to watch together (as "our shows") and we each have our stupid mindless TV programs that the other can''t stand to watch. Sometimes while he watches his "stupid" shows I sit next to him on the couch doing work. I still kinda consider this watching together, because he feels like I''m keeping him company by being there!

The bedroom TV is only for watching movies together or when I''m suffering from insomnia and need the distraction.

We have 6 TV''s - in my opinion a bit crazy!

We do not usually watch TV together.

Three:

There''s one in the basement but is only used for video games (and I like having a TV in the basement to watch if I have to go down to the basement during tornado season).

One in the guest room/study is really small but I watch DVDs on it every now and then if I want to lay in bed and watch TV (DH and I are both adamantly against TVs in bedrooms, but every now and then, laying in bed and watching TV is really nice - like the other week when I stayed home from work sick).

And the other is in the living room. That''s the one we usually watch.

1/2 - We also watch movies on the computer screen (LOVE Netflix instant watch!) in the study since it''s actually bigger than the little TV.

We pretty much always watch TV together - we only have basic cable, so mostly we watch the news together, but we also watch a TON of DVDs (recently a lot of television series), and we watch a lot of those together, even if the other person isn''t really interested (though I will admit that I LOVED Ken Burns'' baseball). There''s pretty much NEVER two TVs on at the same time in our house.

We don''t have a TV. I guess technically we have 2 non-working ones in storage but obviously don''t watch those. When both of ours broke, we decided we kinda of liked not having one around so never replaced them. We used to watch TV together for the most part though.

We have two TV''s - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. My favourite channels are TLC (What not to Wear) and HGTV (House Hunters), and DH''s favourite channels are CNN (news 24/7) and HBO (usually violent movies), so suffice to say, we often don''t watch TV together. He hates my "girly" shows and always gives a big groan when they''re on. He says he doesn''t understand what fun I get from watching people buy houses. Lol.

Meanwhile, I don''t understand how somebody can watch news all night..... (Yawn!). When we''re eating and watching TV DH likes to control the remote - so I suffer through some things he likes until I''m finished eating.
