I''m sorry in advance for sounding like I''m bragging... but this is seriously our dream house!
All that light and wood, it has a real japanese feel to it with the trim, it has a lot in common with the not-so-big house designs, and that yard! From the second you walk into the gate, there is no sign of any other houses! It''s completely private. If we wanted to garden nude we could!

It''s been impeccably maintained so the exterior is in perfect condition. It was designed with french drains and all the drain pipes from the roof go into drainage pipes in the ground taking the water away from the foundation!
And it that wasn''t great enough... it''s an easy bike ride to the University! Totally flat with alot of it on bike paths. And there''s a main bus route a block away so it''ll only take us 15 minutes to get to campus on rainy days and it''s 20 minutes to downtown!

YAY *Bounce* *Bounce*

DH just got confirmation of his teaching position for the next two years at the University, that''s in addition to his research position which is naturally funding dependent and therefore not terribly secure. I can''t begin to express how relieved I''ll be when he quits his job. I truly loathe it.

I meant no offense to you or any other agent. Just wanted to point this out.They are desperate people in any proffession, but it is also possible ( after reading your comment ) that the agent is trying to get more profit for the seller.Thanks for bringing it up...

Scarleta, definitely no offense taken! And I hope my comment didn't seem rude--in retrospect I could have phrased it more gently, so I apologize it it had a harsh tone to it.


The most important quesion at hand though is whether Indie is limiting the barbeque to only Northwest PSers!
