How to choose a side stone for this emerald?

The size of Emerald is 8.8x6.3 and I have found 2 half moon side stones at G color, SI1, 6.2x3.6.
What do you think, are these sides too big? will the G color,Si1 be ok on plat mount?

Israel Dimonds told me they are eye clean.

The dimensions appear proportionate. Have you drawn these out on a piece of paper for yourself? Personally, I would do a platinum setting but with yellow gold for the emerald.
