Your ring ...your SAPPHIRE literally knocked the breath outta me! Congratulations on your gorgeous, gorgeous ring! I think your dream RHR just became MY dream RHR!

Ok, something close to that. If this one knocks the breath outta me, I can''t begin to imagine what the emerald big sister looked like!

I came back to have another look. Just amazing. I thought the side stones were traps. Thanks for the extra pics. I noticed a beautiful watch on your hand as well. You''ll have to post that in the watch thread, pretty please??? I love diamonds, colored gems and watches. My poor hubby.

Your ring is absolutely out of this world. It is gorgeous. I love the intensity of the blue - not too pale and not to dark. Enjoy wearing it, it''s a stunner!

crafftygrrl, that is an AWESOME ring!

It looks just beautiful on your hand

And I love your diamond-studded watch too. Is it a Chaumet?

DiaDiva,

Yes, the watch is a Chaumet Class One. One of the cool things about the watch is that the band smells like vanilla. This was last year''s Chanukah present. I got it through ebay at Signed Pieces. My husband has great patience...

Claudia,

That ring is unbelievable!!! Truly a work of art. I have to say that I admire you for being able to carry it off, as well. You have a great sense of style!

I had originally seen this ring last year at my local jeweler (Adeler, Great Falls, Virginia) during their annual sale that starts at the end of October but I did not have the $$$.

I don''t think I have ever been in that store! Where is it located?

It was a very small fraction of what a fancy yellow ring would cost but with all of the impact.

More. No yellow diamond would be that visible. One will see that huge, blue stone from a block away!

Every time I read this description, I find something I missed on previous readings!

Deb

Must be the violet undertone mentioned in the description that makes the blue look so beautiful - really, really lovely ring. Thanks so much for sharing with us!

Good heavens, that''s gorgeous. Congrats on a great find and an equally great buy.
