I GOT CAUGHT posting on Pricescope! Do your SO''s know you post?

Funny story. I've lurked for awhile, and only began posting when I had a question about a recent gift. My bf, knowing that I was less than thrilled with the gift (The maker's fault, not his!), googled the issue.... and.... lo and behold, the first link he clicked on was my post ranting about the same issue.

The phone conversation went something like this:

"By the way, about the watch.... I looked it up last night and found some girl posting on a forum, and she had the same problem...."

"Um.... that was me..." *laughs nervously*

"No.... Wait, really? No...."

"Yes, really.... Are you mad?"

I was worried that he'd think I was superficial or obsessing too much about The Future Ring and The Engagement, but he seemed okay with it. Now he calls me "blingbunny" sometimes to tease me.

However, I DID make him promise to avoid lurking too much, since I don't want him to know too much about LIWs and such.

So, do all you ladies have SO's that know you post? What do they think of Pricescope?

hahaha My dh catches me posting all the time. I'm so bad. I actually delete my history from the computer every day so he doesn't know what I'm up to!

ETA - oh, and what does my DH think of PS? He knows we all need a guilty pleasure. He's not into jewelry, however he goes along with it since he posts on a forum that's talks about guy stuff ranging from tvs to video games! He always drags me to movies that have been recommended on that site. I don't make him go look at diamonds with me. lol

If he stalks my posts, I don''t really care...but I don''t think he does. Kinda hope he''s over in RockyTalky, though, asking about diamonds.

I bring up a thread at least once a day to DH.

He is WELL aware of PS. He was even contacted by Freke prior to my engagement.

DH knows about my addiction. He likes to tease me but he is okay with it. He visits a few forums himself but only lurks. He has even met a few PSers.

Heck yeah my BF knows I post on here. He hears about threads multiple times a week, and has met at least one PSer. He hears about PSers the same way he hears about my friends that live in other states/countries.

Haha, as does my DH!

Yup, he knows my PS addiction, and knows how much time I spend on here. He''s constantly teasing me about it, but knows it''s my little secret so he''d never mention it outside our four walls. He''s also met another PS-er!

Yeah, I''ve been starting a lot of conversations with him lately with "this person on pricescope" or, "I saw on pricescope". He knows, but he doesn''t come on to see. I just show him stuff from time to time.

Yeah... FI knows. He doesn''t really care much as long as I keep the PS stories to a minimum. It''s not my fault though.. there''s so much interesting stuff on here! I do remember that he was really interested when I was the Listkeeper for LIW. He was super paranoid that i''d hit number one before he proposed.

FI is weeeell aware of PS... in fact, he uses it as a weapon! He''s such a computer nerd (software tester, has degree in computer science). When I found PS I was online all the time, which lead to a trip to Best Buy, which lead to my laptop

All with FI''s blessing... "Ooo, look at this pretty laptop. Wouldn''t you love being on PS while you lay on the couch?"

Next thing I know, we''re at Verizon for almost an hr a couple days ago looking at blackberries. I have a basic cellphone...like send, end. But I had a little birdie in my ear saying "Wouldn''t you love being on PS anytime you want?" So I guess that''s next

He just thinks I have a lot of friends/cousins/distant relatives that I talk about lots. Woops!

He knows that I do, but has no interest in even typing the address in. He thinks that it is silly and rolls his eyes whenever he sees me looking at SMTR.

Sometimes when I am telling a story about something someone said I will say my friend, and the realize that I have never actually met that person and he laughs at me.

My husband was sitting next to me when we found pricescope... up until then he was with me side by side but as soon as I said, "oh I need to register" he got up and walked away lol

I never hid it from him or anything. He often chimes in with his input when I''m talking on here, especially when issues get heated. Sometimes he tells me I''m torturing myself looking at all this gorgeous jewelry, but he definitely supports all my loves and interests.

He''s also very interested in conflict free diamonds, a huge passion of mine.
