Obscure reference to "Take the Money and Run," an old Woody Allen movie. Or at least more obscure than I envisioned -- even took a bit on Google to find it. But it became a family metaphor for an excessively niche article, book, film, etc. Not that this was -- just the similar structure of the title triggered some dusty synapse.
