*awe* Thank you - yes I am WAY more spoiled then I should be. He is quite the sweetheart - but all this teasing is NOT so sweet. haha I don''t think it will be sooner... But I''m def. not sure if Feb is it or not now!! haha I need to go get busy... haha

And the saga coninues... haha

So the other night we had a somewht serious conversation where he told me that I may not be getting the ring I really wanted. AHHHHHH!!! I''m not going to lie - I was CRUSHED!! And like a bratty little child, I got upset with him. He showed me a 3-stone he liked and I once again went the 3 year old tantrum way... So after the blah blah blah of that I slept it off and woke up the next morning saying to myself "why should I flip out about this?? Why not find a 3-stone I love and show him". So that''s what I did. I looked at numerous 3-stones (btw - I used to LOVE 3-stones, but found with my fingers they are only decent looking with a larger stone, hence the reason I opted for another ring) and finally found one I adored. I showed him and he loved it too but I also showed him other rings I liked just to give him more of an option, since spending 4k on a ring is RIDICULOUS in my book.

***Sidenote*** The interesting part was that ALL of you were right!! He was intending to propose on our Anni Feb 17th at Disneyland!! OMG moment!! hehe Things may change now though... haha

Anyway... So time has since passed and he was over yesterday while my best friend was here. He has kind of taken her out of the planning process because she gets REALLY excited and tells me a little too much. hehe But yesterday I walked away for a bit and he wrote on a post-it to her about the ring. I tried not to be nosey because I do want SOME kind of surprise so I kept my mouth shut.

Then later while him and I were just hanging out he kept asking me how he should ask my dad for permission to marry me. Like should he take him to lunch or just as him at the house. Then he looks at me and says "Erin can you tell I am nervous??" And I could!! He has never brought this up so I am assume it''s close but ummmmm WOW!!

If I were Eric I would be ANNOYED with my behavior from that night and would actually make me wait sooner, but Eric is a sweetheart and *luckily* loves me enough to get over my 4 year old tantrum. I am spoiled. VERY spoiled.

So now I am excited and SUPER nervous - in a GOOD way!! hehe You think about it, dream about it, and wish for it... And then it''s right around the corner (I believe) and I am having to tell myself, breathe Erin breathe. I just wanted to give you ladies the update... hehe

Update

So I wrote this morning about the new parts of my story. I even touched upon Eric asking about when a good time and how to ask my dad for my hand in marriage.

Well tonight I think he did it. He made a clear point to talk to my parents tonight while I waited away from it all. Then when I asked about it, he just smiled and said "don''t worry about it".

Wow. It''s happening and FAST. We''ll see how tings keep panning out. Just wanted to update everyone.

I have butterflies - hehe

So it is officially 30 days until Eric and my 3 year anniversary and I am nothing but excited and happy. Everything is going so well and I really do think a proposal may be in the next few months if not sooner.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the ladies that have been there for me with all this. You ladies have made being an LIW so much easier and appealing. I am so glad I will ***hopefuly*** get to share a proposal sory with each one of you.
