AJ I have used a number of parcel forwarding sites in fact I used one so much that the girl an expat Queenslander and I became friends!
Sadly she not longer does this but the girls on the vogue forums like this one

yes, the cab was from our eBay seller: the big honking yellow domed cab......but in 14k gold with a cz on each side....sigh. love the cab, not smitten with the setting.
