I know budget is kinda all over the place, BUT .... if something is a good deal, I am willing to spend a bit more.
Which one of these 3 looks like the best deal (looks & return on investment)?

This is impossible....they all need Ideal Scopes

1) slightly borderline, but don't think you'd see any naked eye difference.

2) riskier combo than the rests... needs an IS.

3) Keeping it under 62% depth with a 54%T and 16% crown height is somewhat unusual, but I like it. Is it eye-clean? large crystal on the table. If eye-clean, I might take a chance on this one over #1 because of the higher color and bigger size.
 
Only #3 is potentially ideal cut, but you would still want an ASET to confirm.
 
Like JulieN said it's really impossible without idealscope images, but based on the numbers alone I'd choose #3.
