Good Evening!

I have been a long time lurker and after being a LIW, I''m happy to announce that I''m finally engaged! This website has been a wealth of knowledge for me and certainly made selecting a diamond and a setting more fun and easy!

Thank you diamondfan! I live in NYC so, we purchased both the diamond and the setting at Michael C. Fina. I personally was looking for larger stone without the halo, but my FI loved how sleek and modern this design was (plus, it reminds me of him everytime I look at it

).

I found this link from Jim_S which was posted last spring. He took excellent pictures of the ring (far better than I could've done). Is shows the detail of the ring:

wow, i always thought in my mind that anything under 1.5-2cts was small. but woahhh, that 1.39 is really big!!!!!! congrats!!

good luck!

~~Sparkles are everywhere!!! It''s beautiful...

Me too! This setting was really unique compared the other halos we tried on. It really does look big and everyone always asks me if it''s 2cts!

Congrats blushingbride, i think i can re-size #5 and # 6 better (they are less blurry ones) if you still have the originals from camera.

What I love the most about it is that it incorporates what I always wanted in a ring (the round brilliant stone with a diamond pave band) and yet my FI picked out the setting so, it has part of him in it too!

KBerly, I just saw your previous posts and your ring is gorgeous too! I''m a traditional person and I love how elegant and how classic the solitaire looks!

Congrats, it''s beautiful...

It looks beautiful, but I so wish we could see the details better. I''m sure it''s stunning though! It looks like a nice size and very sparkely on your hand. Congratulations.

Looks like a lovely halo ring! Congrats!

Stunning!
