I love that look. There would be a gap, but probably not that big of one. Most people don''t mind a small gap. I love the look of the baguettes with that ring.

How the heck did I miss this????

I LOVE your ring--I adore the setting!!!!!!!

It looks fabulous on you!!!! I think a band like the one jellybean found might be good or one custom made to go with your awesome setting....Love it! Congrats!

Any ideas on my insurance question?

regarding insurance, i have mine through my homeowners policy but i know John Q from WF reccommends a Chubb agent in Florida who will work with you. He has posted the info several times but I can't seem to find it

I'm sure if you PM John he'd be happy to give it to you. I'll keep looking and post it if i find it.

what did you decide for a wedding band?

Congratulations! Your ring is beautiful!

WOW!!! That is a beautiful ring. It''s like every time that you look at it, you see a new personality if that makes any sense. Every angle shows you something new. Probably why it grew on your mom too. Congrats. I say wear it alone. It''s substantial enough that you don''t need a band at all. If you just want one, I''d go thin.

Ha ha, thanks everyone!

I tried on two 2 mm and two 3 mm bands with it. Unfortunately they can't be too rounded because the surprise diamonds get in the way and they won't sit flush with the e ring. I liked the look of the two plain bands with it though. I kinda like things to be symmetrical. Next time I try them on, I'll see if I can snap a picture. :)
