I'm stuck to plain wb with my halo

I purchased a beautiful A.Jaffe halo a month ago. Then I planned to get some nice stackers with it, because my old ones are yellow gold and my halo is white one. After wearing it a month, I have found minimalist inside me . I bought plain, 2,5mm palladium band with it and now I'm stuck for it. More painful is that I don't want to wear any other rings in my hands . All my beauties sit on their boxes. When I was purchasing this setting I drooled all the beautiful stackers. Colored stones with bezel and prongs, thin and even thinner. And now; nothing. Everything seems to be too much. What the h**l happened to girl who loved stacers, a lot of them ??

This kind of girl I used to be. Last one is with same stackers than with my previous settings.

That is ok Confection. Just let it be. It's only been a month. Just wear your ring exactly how you like it now. I'm sure after a while you'll want to change it up, and then you'll have your stackers. And you can always wear your stackers on your right hand.

I've been on PS for about a 1.5 years, just a baby compared to some people. But I have learned one thing. Your mind changes ALL THE TIME!! I'm learning to accept and expect it.

And I think your halo looks great with a plain band too!!

I feel the same way as you Confection, since getting my halo I have no desire to wear any other rings either! I wear my ring alone, or with a thin eternity band and no rhrs. I have a five stone band that I've been thinking of resetting, but I've been putting it off because honestly I probably won't wear it! I'm just loving the look of my ering on its own right now.

I think your halo and band look beautiful on your hand! If that's what's making you happy right now, just go with it! As LLJsmom said, you can always wear a few stackers on your right hand if you feel like it. I'm glad you are enjoying your halo so much. I love mine too!

I loved your old setting with the stackers, it was so pretty and showed off the diamond perfectly.
Maybe with your new setting you could get a band similar to how the e-ring is made. And still wear the plain band in between or just when you feel like it all three??

Oh, I see that this must have been a double post! I said on the other thread that I agreed that a more ornate e-ring is probably better with more simple or fewer bands. I really actually like the e-ring with the plain band in the middle and then the diamond band at the bottom, though!

These two combination are very elegant and sophisticated. And as you found out: you can stack the ring, but probably with simpler/cleaner bands. I love your new setting!

Diamondseeker2006, thanks! I have had plain shank on all my rings before. Now there is diamonds and propably I just have to used to it. And think twice before moving forward.

Acinom; many thanks! My previous settings were quite simple and stackers gave some bonus. Now I really don't need it. When ever I change my mind, you PS's will know it...
